Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 12, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 3.2233% (this corresponds to 461555 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.5738%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 368555 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
