Change to the Supervisory Board of ESTAVIS AG
Berlin, July 26, 2011 - Rolf Elgeti has been appointed as a new Supervisory
Board member of ESTAVIS AG. He succeeds John W. Cutts, who has stepped down
from the Supervisory Board in order to facilitate the entry of the major
shareholder.
Rolf Elgeti is the Management Board Chairman of TAG Immobilien AG, which
holds 20.03 percent of the shares in ESTAVIS AG, and is consequently the
largest single shareholder in the company. Real estate specialist Mr.
Elgeti is represented on other controlling bodies within the German real
estate sector.
The Management and Supervisory board would like to thank John W. Cutts for
his commitment and strong connections with the company.
