has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 02,
2012 and on that day amounted to 20.73% (this corresponds to 2967712 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 20.73%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2967712 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Pruß GmbH.
On February 07, 2012, Mr Nemat Farrokhnia, Österreich has also informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%,
15% and 20% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 02, 2012 and on that
day amounted to 20.73% (this corresponds to 2967712 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 20.73%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2967712 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Farrokhnia via Imfarr Beteiligungs GmbH and Pruß GmbH.
