that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 04, 2012 and on
that day amounted to 15.75% (this corresponds to 2254946 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 12.69%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1816946 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Flossbach von Storch SICAV.
