Berlin, 01 July 2013 - Estavis AG just stated that it has backed out of the
sales contract for the acquisition of a residential property portfolio in
Thuringia whose closing has been communicated in an ad-hoc communiqué on 15
January 2013. Simultaneously, the company decided not to go ahead with the
increase in kind it had contemplated in connection with the acquisition of
this selfsame portfolio.
