Berlin, 25 October 2013 - Rolf Elgeti has notified Estavis AG that he will
quit his role as deputy chairman of the company's supervisory board as of
the next regular annual general meeting of the company shareholders. As of
that same time, he will leave the supervisory board of Estavis AG.
