Berlin, 2 December 2013 - Dr. Karl-Josef Stöhr notified ESTAVIS AG that he
will quit his role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of the next
regular annual general meeting of the company shareholders, and leave the
supervisory board of ESTAVIS AG at the same time. Dr. Philipp K. Wagner
communicated his decision to ESTAVIS AG that he, too, will end his service
as Member of the Supervisory Board of ESTAVIS AG as of the next regular
annual general meeting of the company shareholders.
