Berlin, 19 December 2013 - Having obtained the Supervisory Board's consent,
the Management Board of ESTAVIS AG resolved today, to increase the
company's share capital by ten percent via a cash capital increase from
authorised capital. Within the framework of the capital increase, about 1.8
million shares at a price of EUR 2.00 per share will be placed while
excluding the shareholders' subscription rights. The capital increase has
already been fully subscribed by Wecken & Cie. KG. The company will collect
issuing proceeds totalling approximately EUR 3.6 million as a process of
the capital increase.
