informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on January 27,
2014 and on that day amounted to 26.95% (this corresponds to 5399622 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 26.95%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5399622 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Uhlandstraße Investments GmbH.
