Notification of Change in Statuses of MC Subsidiaries (to that of Specified Subsidiary)

This is to inform you that the statuses of five MC subsidiaries have changed to that of "specified subsidiary." The subsidiaries in question are MCOP Investment Pte. Ltd. (MCOP), MC Urban Development Vietnam Company Limited (MCUDV), MV2 Vietnam Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Company (MV2), MV Holding One Member Liability Limited Company (MVHOM), and SV Real Estate Investment Development Business Joint Stock Company (SVREID).

Reasons for Changes

The statuses of MCOP and MCUDV have changed due to new stock allocations based on the resolution at the MCOP General Meeting of Shareholders on October 15,2021 and the resolution at the MCUDV General Meeting of Employees on October 11,2021 to those companies' existing shareholders.

Furthermore, on October 29, 2021 both MCUDV and MCOP completed partial payments for share acquisitions in MV2 based on the terms of their existing shareholder agreements signed on September 30,2021. Accordingly, and effective as of the same date, the statuses of MV2 and its subsidiaries MVHOM and SVREID have also changed to that of "specified subsidiary."
