was attributed these 4,95 % (779,774 shares held with voting rights) of the
voting rights in Duerr AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
Voting rights attributed to us by M&G Investment Funds (1) that held
directly 3 % or more of voting rights.

On the 27th August 2007, M&G Limited fell below the 5 % threshold of § 21
para. 1 WpHG and amounts to 4,95 % (779,744 shares held with voting rights)
of the voting rights in Duerr AG on this date. It was attributed these
4,95 % (779,774 shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights in
Duerr AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with § 22
para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to us by M&G Investment
Funds (1) that held directly 3 % or more of voting rights.

On the 27th August 2007, M&G Group Limited fell below the 5 % threshold of
§ 21 para. 1 WpHG and amounts to 4,95 % (779,744 shares held with voting
rights) of the voting rights in Duerr AG on this date. It was attributed
these 4,95 % (779,774 shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights
in Duerr AG pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with § 22
para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to us by M&G Investment
Funds (1) that held directly 3 % or more of voting rights.
- Notification of voting rights in our own name
We, Prudential plc have fallen below the 5 % threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG
on the 06 September 2007 and amounts to 4,76 % (749,289 shares held with
voting rights) of the voting rights in Duerr AG on this date. It was
attributed these 4,76 % (749,289 shares held with voting rights) of the
voting rights pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with §.
22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG. Voting rights attributed to us by M&G Investment
Funds (1) that held directly 3% or more of voting rights.'
