On July 01, 2008, UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland, has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in E.ON
AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007614406, WKN: 761440, have fallen
below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 04, 2007,  and now amount
to 0.76% (this corresponds to 5275721 Voting Rights.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.38% of
these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2611521 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland.
