BOV AG increases its participation in Intermoves / B.F.K. group Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– BOV AG has increased their participation in Intermoves AG, Paderborn, from 51.0 % to 75.5 % and in B.F.K. Gesellschaft fuer angewandte Wirtschaftsinformatik mbH, Paderborn, from 51.0 % to 73.0 %. The increase in interest share is connected with the performance clause agreed upon in the purchase and capital contribution contract. It was agreed with the previous associates that the increase of capital amounting to Euro 195,000, originally planned to be made by BOV AG as consideration for a contribution of shares with the B.F.K. GmbH will not be performed; that the previous associates will transfer further shares to BOV AG and, in addition to this, a partial repayment of the shares cash purchase proportion will be effected to BOV AG.
