of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on BOV AG, Essen,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493704, WKN: 549370, have fallen below the 5% and
3% limit of the Voting Rights on July 30, 2007 and now amount to 1.621%
(this corresponds to 589500 Voting Rights).
This publication corrects our publication dated August 27, 2007 which has
wrongly stated July 31, 2007 as effective date.
