Subscription for an additional 137,685,395 shares in Eutelsat Communications S.A. by the French State, via the Agence des participations de l'Etat, as part of a reserved capital increase authorised by a general meeting of shareholders on 30 September 2025 (36th resolution) and implemented by the Board of Directors on 18 November 2025. This transaction is part of the strengthening of the equity capital of Eutelsat Communications S.A. announced in press releases dated 19 June 2025 and 10 July 2025, the implementation of which was announced on 18 November 2025. The subscription was completed on 21 November 2025.
