Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— Die ELMOS Semiconductor AG nennt neue Umsatzziele Unter Berücksichtigung der erhaltenen Aufträge aus dem Bereich mobile Telecom (Mitteilung vom 25.07.2000) hat die ELMOS AG ihre Umsatzerwartung für das Jahr 2001 neu formuliert. Für das laufende Jahr wird das bisherige Umsatzziel von 204 Mio. DM (104 Mio. EURO) bestätigt, was einem Wachstum von 20% gegenüber dem Vorjahr entspricht. Im Jahr 2001 werden Beiträge aus der Telekommunikation erstmals wirksam und verbessern die Wachstumsrate auf beachtliche 30%. Somit ergibt sich für 2001 ein Umsatzziel von 270 Mio. DM (138 Mio. EURO). Die Gross Margin und die EBIT-Marge werden mindestens auf dem hohen Niveau von >50% bzw. >25% bleiben. Das solide Wachstum des automobilen Kerngeschäftes wird, unter Wahrung der hohen Profitabilität, durch die neuen Telecombeiträge dynamischer.
