section 26 WpHG (this is a correction of the announcement dated
September 27, 2010):
Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, MA, USA sent us on
September 23, 2010 according to section 21 (1) WpHG the following
notification of voting rights:
On 17 September 2010 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management &
Research Company fell below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in
ELMOS Semiconductor AG, Heinrich-Hertz Strasse 1, 44227 Dortmund, Germany.
On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 4.97% of the
voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG, arising from 964,785 voting
rights.
All voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG were attributed to Fidelity
Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6
WpHG.
