21 (1) WpHG with the following notification of voting rights:
We hereby inform you in the name and on behalf of FPM Funds SICAV,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg, pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG,
that the voting rights of FPM Funds SICAV crossed above the threshold of 3%
on 4 March 2011 and amounts to 3.017% (585,785 voting rights) in Elmos
