All items on the agenda approved with large majority of votes Dortmund, May 17, 2011: ELMOS Semiconductor AG held its 12 th Annual General Meeting today. The shareholders exercised their voting rights and resolved all agenda items with broad approval. This included the payment of a dividend in the amount of 0.20 Euro per share. 'ELMOS achieved a new sales record in fiscal year 2010 and successfully increased earnings and cash flows. We will let our shareholders participate in this positive business performance by the distribution of a dividend,' says Dr. Anton Mindl, CEO of ELMOS Semiconductor AG. Among other topics, Dr. Mindl presented a selection of new products for the automobile as well as for industrial and consumer goods in his speech to the General Meeting. These electronic solutions will contribute to the reduction of energy consumption in vehicles, production facilities and buildings in the future. The General Meeting resolved the expansion of the Supervisory Board from three to six members. The newly elected Supervisory Board now consists of: Dr. Burkhard Dreher, Dr. Klaus Egger, Thomas Lehner (employee representative), Sven-Olaf Schellenberg (employee representative), Dr. Klaus Weyer, and Prof. Dr. Günter Zimmer. Furthermore, in addition to the usual items on the agenda, the Management Board was authorized to create new Authorized Capital due to the expiry of the previous authorization.
