In the period from June 17, 2017 through, and including, June 23, 2017,
Elmos Semiconductor AG has purchased a number of 44,881 shares within the
framework of its ongoing share buy-back program which has been published by
the announcement of March 06, 2017 pursuant to Art. 5 (1) lit. a)
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 (1) Delegated Regulation (EU) No.
2016/1052.
Shares were purchased as follows:

The total number of shares purchased in the context of the share buy-back
program since March 7, 2017 through, and including, June 23, 2017 amounts
to 450,000 shares (equal to roughly 2.24% of the current und since March 6,
2017 unchanged share capital of Elmos Semiconductor AG) for a total amount
of 9,671,617 Euro. This corresponds to an average purchase price of
21.49248 Euro per share. The share buy-back program is thus completed.
The purchase of shares was carried out exclusively on the electronic
trading platform of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra) by a credit
institution that has been commissioned by Elmos Semiconductor AG.
