I, Wolfgang Boyé, Berlin, hereby notify you pursuant to Section 21 (1a)
WpHG, that my voting rights in elumeo SE on July 2nd, 2015 amount to 72,73%
(4.000.000 voting rights).
Of these voting rights, 30,03% (1.651.753 voting rights) are to be
attributed to me pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
71,49% (3.931.754 voting rights) are to be attributed to me pursuant to
