Hamburg, Germany, 5 March 2013 - As of today, the shares of the solar and
wind farm operator Capital Stage AG are registered and will be traded in
the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange - the
sub-segment of the Regulated Market which is subject to additional
post-admission obligations. Capital Stage AG was previously listed in the
General Standard segment of the Regulated Market in Frankfurt.
As a result of this move to the stock exchange segment with the most
stringent transparency and publication requirements, Capital Stage AG will,
among other things, henceforth publish quarterly reports rather than its
previous interim announcements, and will now also produce its reports in
English. By moving to the Prime Standard segment, the company now also
meets the basic requirements for inclusion in one of the selection indices
on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With market capitalisation of more than
200 million euros at present, the company is one of Germany's largest
publicly listed renewable energy companies.
'By making the transition to the Prime Standard segment, we are consciously
increasing our transparency for investors and analysts, and hope to make
our share even more attractive in the capital market. Also, the increasing
level of interest in Capital Stage shown by capital market participants
from abroad means it now makes sense for us to report in English,' says
Felix Goedhart, Chairman of the Management Board of Capital Stage AG.
Based on the company's strong growth in the last three years, the Capital
Stage AG share was recently also included in the Hamburg share index
HASPAX, the PPVX (PHOTON Photovoltaic Stock Index) and RENIXX World, the
index for the global renewable energy industry, which is compiled by the
Germany-based renewable energy industry institute Internationales
Wirtschaftsforum Regenerative Energien (IWR).
