Hamburg, 15 July 2013 - Investment Bank Lincoln International located in
Chicago has included the shares of Hamburg based PV and wind park operator
Capital Stage AG into its Solar Energy Stock Index. The index is a PV
industry sector index composed by Lincoln International with a method of
calculation aligned to the well-known S&P 500 index and thus directly
comparable in its performance. The industry barometer contains 32 stocks
and is partitioned into the segments Wafers/Ingots, Cells/Modules,
Vertically Integrated and EPC Integrators/Developers. Capital Stage is
listed within the segment EPC Integrators/Developers.

Only First Solar and Capital Stage achieve profits

'To us, the inclusion into the index is another indication, that, by our
organic growth during the recent years, Capital Stage has reached the top
ranks of renewable energy stocks and is increasingly perceived by
international investors,' says Felix Goedhart, CEO of Capital Stage AG. In
January of this year the shares had been included already into the
international sector index RENIXX World. in addition, it is part of HASPAX,
the index of the largest stock market listed companies from Hamburg.

As a sector index, the Solar Energy Stock Index currently also shows
clearly the effects of the solar industry crisis. The current index report
for the second quarter by Lincoln International displays among the 32
companies only two, that are able to report positive earnings per share
(EPS): US solar group First Solar and the German operator of parks Capital
Stage.
