Hamburg, 06 March 2014 - Capital Stage AG will be included in the selective
index of Deutsche Börse SDAX with effect from 24 March 2014.
Felix Goedhart, CEO of Capital Stage AG: "The inclusion into the SDAX is a
fine confirmation, that we have taken the right decision to enter the Prime
Standard exactly one year ago. The inclusion into the index also shows,
that still sustainable and fast-growing business models can be implemented
in the field of renewable energies."
Capital Stage AG is an operator of solar and wind parks in Germany, Italy
and France. The business model generates revenues mainly from the power
production of the power production portfolio. In the year 2009, when the
first solar park was acquired, income of the company amounted to around one
million euros. By the continuous acquisition of solar and wind parks,
Capital Stage AG, according to preliminary figures for the financial year
2013, generated revenues of 57 million euros with expected earnings before
taxes of more than 15 million euros.
