Hamburg, 3 August 2015 - Capital Stage, the SDAX-listed solar and wind park
operator based in Hamburg, has successfully completed the refinancing of
another British solar park for around GBP 4m (approx. EUR 5.7m). The solar
park has a generation capacity of approximately 5 MWp and was acquired by
Capital Stage in April 2015 on an all-equity basis. Financing partner is
the Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB). Equity released by the refinancing is
now available to Capital Stage for new investments.

The British solar park successfully refinanced by Capital Stage was
acquired in April 2015 from F&S solar concept, a project developer from
Euskirchen, Germany, who has an extensive development pipeline in the UK.
In early July 2015 Capital Stage acquired another British solar park with
the same generation capacity from the developer. This park is also fully
equity-financed and a framework agreement for the refinancing has already
been signed with the BayernLB.

The refinancing arrangements are structured as classic, non-recourse
project-finance loans with a maturity of aorund 18 years. The equity
released by the refinancing is available to Capital Stage for new
investments.

Capital Stage and BayernLB already worked together to refinance solar parks
in the recent past: As such, Capital Stage and the BayernLB announced the
successful refinancing of seven Italian solar parks with a financing volume
of some EUR 24 million in October 2014.
