Mr Felix Goedhart, CEO and chairman of the Executive Board of Capital Stage
AG since 2006, will not be renewing his contract when it expires on 31
October 2015 for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board greatly regrets
this decision, because the company's successful development in recent years
is largely due to the services of Mr Goedhart.
To reflect the upcoming changes the Supervisory Board at its meeting today
appointed Mr Klaus-Dieter Maubach (53) as new CEO and Chairman of the
Executive Board as of 1 November 2015. As a former Executive Board member
of E.ON SE Mr Maubach was, in addition to other duties, also responsible
for innovative energy concepts and implementing a new business model for
decentralised and renewable energies. Mr Maubach will therefore contribute
precisely the skill-set and operating experience needed to lead Capital
Stage AG on the basis of its current growth strategy together with the CFO
Dr. Christoph Husmann and the existing successful team. In this spirit
Capital Stage AG will continue to pursue the development for which Mr
Goedhart has been responsible since 2009, growing both by acquisitions and
by expanding partnerships with institutional investors.
