Subsequent Event	22. Subsequent Event On January 19, 2021, the Company acquired Pratt Miller, which specializes in advanced engineering, technology and innovation across the motorsports and multiple ground vehicle markets, for $115 million in cash. Pratt Miller will be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Defense segment. The Company’s preliminary evaluation of the fair value for certain significant assets and liabilities, including goodwill and intangibles, is not complete. The Company will provide a preliminary purchase price allocation with its fiscal 2021 second quarter Form 10-Q.
