This is in continuation to our letter of even No. ND/GAIL/SECTT/2022 dated 9th March, 2022.The Board of Directors of the Company in its 438th meeting held today i.e 11th March, 2022 has, inter-alia, approved the payment of 2nd Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22 @ 50% (Rs. 5/- per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.The 2nd Interim Dividend will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, 22nd March, 2022fixed for the said purpose.The Board meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 5.15 P.M.
