In light of the upcoming end of term of office of Mr. Sherif Samir Samy's as a non-executive board member, Commercial International Bank (CIB) - Egypt's Board of Directors has accepted in its board meeting dated 8^th December, 2025 Mr. Samy's official resignation effective December 31^st, 2025.
