RELATED PARTIES	RELATED PARTIES A former member of our Board of Directors, who departed the Board during the third quarter of 2020, concurrently served as a director for an entity that leases transmission tower sites to the Company. For the years ended December 31, 2020, we recorded site rent expenses pertaining to the leases of $3.5 million. This amount was included within technology operations expenses. A member of our Board of Directors, who was appointed at the beginning of 2020, serves as Chief Information Officer for an entity that is also a customer of the Company. For the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, we recognized revenues of $0.6 million, $1.0 million and $0.7 million, respectively, related to contracts from the entity at which the individual is employed.
