CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL HOLDING
Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") was notified on 29 August 2014 via the filing of a Form 603 and Form 604 with ASX, that Global X Management Company became a substantial holder on 30 June 2014 and as at 13 August 2014 had a relevant interest in 11,318,613 shares in the Company, representing 6.28 per cent of the issued share capital.
