Subsequent Events	17.  Subsequent Events In December 2016, we received early termination notification for five rigs located in our International Land segment.  We currently expect to recognize early termination revenue in either the second or third quarter of fiscal 2017. Subsequent to December 31, 2016, we sold two U.S. Land rigs classified as held for sale at December 31, 2016.  The rigs had been decommissioned from service in a prior period.  We expect to record an immaterial gain from the sale in the second quarter of fiscal 2017.
