Cash Dividends The $0.70 per share cash dividend declared December 7, 2016, was paid March 1, 2017.  On March 1, 2017, a cash dividend of $0.70 per share was declared for shareholders of record on May 19, 2017, payable June 1, 2017. The dividend payable is included in accounts payable in the Consolidated Condensed Balance Sheets.
