Subsequent Events	17. Subsequent Events      In December 2016, we received early termination notification for five rigs located in our International Land segment.  During the second quarter of fiscal 2017, the early termination notification was withdrawn.  Currently, the customer has indicated a desire to assign the contracts to other operators.
