Cash Dividends The $0.70 per share cash dividend declared September 6, 2017, was paid December 1, 2017.  On December 5, 2017, a cash dividend of $0.70 per share was declared for shareholders of record on February 12, 2018, payable March 1, 2018. The dividend payable is included in accounts payable in the Consolidated Condensed Balance Sheets.
