Cash Dividends The $0.70 per share cash dividend declared December 5, 2017, was paid March 1, 2018.  On March 7, 2018, a cash dividend of $0.70 per share was declared for shareholders of record on May 18, 2018, payable June 1, 2018. The dividend payable is included in accounts payable in the Consolidated Condensed Balance Sheets.
