ACQUISITION TRANSACTION COSTS	NOTE 9 ACQUISITION TRANSACTION COSTS During the three months ended December 31, 2024, we recognized approximately $10.5 million in acquisition transaction costs associated with the Acquisition. These non-recurring costs are primarily related to third-party legal, consulting and advisory services and are included in Acquisition transaction costs on the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations.
