On 05 September 2013, BVF Inc., Chicago, Illinois, USA gave notice pursuant
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 30 August 2013 its voting
rights on Evotec AG, Essener Bogen 7, Hamburg, have exceeded the thresholds
of 3% and 5% and on that day its shareholding of 11,400,584 shares amounted
to 9.606% of the total Evotec voting rights. 9.606% of the total Evotec
voting rights (corresponding to 11,400,584 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BVF Inc. pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 5
in conjunction with Section 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights are being
attributed to BVF Inc. inter alia from BVF Investments, L.L.C, which holds
share options of 3% or more granted by TVM V Science Ventures GmbH & Co.

On 05 September 2013, BVF Investments, L.L.C., Chicago, Illinois, USA gave
notice pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 30 August 2013
its voting rights on Evotec AG, Essener Bogen 7, Hamburg, have exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% and on that day its shareholding of 9,365,808
shares amounted to 7.891% of the total Evotec voting rights. 7.891% of the
total Evotec voting rights (corresponding to 9,365,808 voting rights) are
to be attributed to BVF Investments, L.L.C. pursuant to Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 5 WpHG based on share options of 3% or more granted by
TVM V Science Ventures GmbH & Co. KG, Maximilianstr. 35c, 80539 Munich,
Germany.

pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 30 August 2013 its
voting rights on Evotec AG, Essener Bogen 7, Hamburg, have exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% and on that day its shareholding of 11,400,584
shares amounted to 9.606% of the total Evotec voting rights. 9.606% of the
total Evotec voting rights (corresponding to 11,400,584 voting rights) are
to be attributed to BVF Partners L.P. pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 5 in conjunction with Section 2 of the WpHG. The voting
rights are being attributed to BVF Partner L.P. inter alia from BVF
Investments, L.L.C, which holds share options of 3% or more granted by TVM
V Science Ventures GmbH & Co. KG, Maximilianstr. 35c, 80539 Munich,
Germany.
On 05 September 2013, Mr Mark N. Lampert, USA gave notice pursuant to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 30 August 2013 his voting rights
on Evotec AG, Essener Bogen 7, Hamburg, have exceeded the thresholds of 3%
and 5% and on that day his shareholding of 11,400,584 shares amounted to
9.606% of the total Evotec voting rights. 9.606% of the total Evotec voting
rights (corresponding to 11,400,584 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Mr Mark N. Lampert pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 5 in
conjunction with Section 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights are being

shares amounted to 7.89% of the total Evotec voting rights. 7.89% of the

and 5% and on that day his shareholding of 9,365,808 shares amounted to
7.89% of the total Evotec voting rights. 7.89% of the total Evotec voting
rights (corresponding to 9,365,808 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Mr Philip Korsant pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 5 in
conjunction with Section 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights are being

München, Germany, which directly holds 3% or more of the total Evotec
voting rights.

pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on 30 August 2013 its
voting rights on Evotec AG, Essener Bogen 7, Hamburg, have exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5% and on that day its shareholding of 9,365,808
shares amounted to 7.89% of the total Evotec voting rights. 7.89% of the
total Evotec voting rights (corresponding to 9,365,808 voting rights) are
to be attributed to Samana Capital L.P. pursuant to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 5 in conjunction with Section 2 of the WpHG. The voting
rights are being attributed to Samana Capital L.P. via TVM V Science
