United States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Evotec AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 28, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 3.57% (this corresponds to 4706513 Voting Rights).
1.73% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2280324 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 5 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in Evotec AG amounts to 3 percent or more: TVM V Life Science
