its Voting Rights on Evotec AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on December 02, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 3.00003% (this corresponds to 3951234 Voting Rights).
1.99% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2625234 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
