States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Evotec AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 11, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 9.99% (this corresponds to 13177848 Voting Rights).
4.77% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6291600 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in Evotec AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Samana Capital
L.P..
5.23% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6886248 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 5 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
