On December 17, 2014, H.F.S. Zweitmarktfonds Deutschland 2 GmbH & Co. KG,
Ebersberg, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Fair Value REIT-AG, München,
Germany, have fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on December 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.73%
(this corresponds to 257032 Voting Rights). 2.73% of Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 257032 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company in
accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act).
