The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of FAG Kugelfischer Georg Schäfer AG will submit a proposal to the Annual Meeting on June 28 to increase the dividend. On account of the significant growth in earnings in the fiscal year 2000, the dividend per share shall be raised from Euro 0.20 to Euro 0.25 and get an additional bonus payment of 5 cents per share.
