Institutional Investors sign capital increase
With the consent of the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors of Silicon
Sensor International AG has resolved to use part of the authorized capital
pursuant to § 5 para. 5 of the statutes to increase capital by 200,000 shares
while precluding subscription rights.
Individual share certificates were placed with institutional investors at a
price of Euro 4.50 by equinet Securities AG, resulting in an inflow of funds
worth Euro 900,000.
The shares, for the time being, are on loan from a major shareholder. Entry of
the capital increase in the commercial register kept at Amtsgericht Berlin will
be arranged as soon as possible to enable quotation of the new shares. After the
increase, nominal capital stands at Euro 6,750,000 thus boosting the company’s
equity base and providing extra scope for financing future growth.
