On July 11, 2007, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Silicon Sensor International AG, Berlin,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007201907, WKN: 720190, have exceeded the 10 % limit
of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2007  and now amount to 13.52 % (this
corresponds to 526,490 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 10.33 %
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 402,351 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Kairos Fund Limited.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.57 %
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 100,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Kairos Focus Fund Limited.

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.62 %
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 24,139 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Kairos North European Fund Limited.
