Release according to article 26 section 1 of the WpHG [the German
Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution
On April 24, 2014, FS Technology Holding S.á r.l., Luxembourg, Luxembourg
has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG, that its
voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have exceeded the
thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % and 25 % on April 17, 2014 and
amounted to 29.45 % (2,940,000 voting rights) as per this date.
All voting rights are attributed to FS Technology Holding S.á r.l.
according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following companies, which are controlled by and
attributed FS Technology Holding S.á r.l. and are holding 3 % or more in
the voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany are held by:
