Release according to article 26 section 1 of the WpHG [the German
Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution
(A)
On August 7, 2014, Deutsche Private Equity Administration GmbH, Munich,
Germany has notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG,
that its voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have
exceeded the thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % and 25 % on July 28,
2014 and amounted to 29.12 % (2,940,000 voting rights) as per this date.
All voting rights are attributed to Deutsche Private Equity Administration
GmbH according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following companies, which are controlled by and
attributed Deutsche Private Equity Administration GmbH and are holding 3 %
or more in the voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany are
held by:
- Alegria Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH,
- FS Technology Holding S.à r.l.,
- Parcom Deutschland I GmbH & Co. KG.

On August 7, 2014, DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH, Munich, Germany has
notified us according to article 21, section 1 of the WpHG, that its voting
rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany have exceeded the
thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % and 25 % on July 28, 2014 and
amounted to 29.12 % (2,940,000 voting rights) as per this date.
All voting rights are attributed to DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH
according to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG.
Voting rights of the following companies, which are controlled by and
attributed DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH and are holding 3 % or more in
the voting rights regarding First Sensor AG, Berlin, Germany are held by:
