On October 01, 2013, Mr Klaus Wecken, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ADLER Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 24, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 9.74% (this corresponds to 1607095 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1500000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wecken from Wecken & Cie..
