It can be found on the FORIS AG website at www.foris-ag.de. The quarter is closing with a deficit of EUR 0.18 per share. Total option volumes from current judicial proceedings declined during the reporting period from EUR 47.2 to 42.2 million. These face demands valued at more than EUR 100 million; experience shows that 10-20% of this amount will be reduced in litigation financing agreements still to be concluded. In the division of stockpiling companies, turnover showed a welcome increase to EUR 2.6 million during the quarter under report. In addition, further negotiations on cooperative ventures with or involvements in strategic partners have nearly been concluded; these will draw considerable attention in the legal market after they are announced.
