Dazu hat sie ein hundertprozentiges Tochter- unternehmen, die FORIS Akademie GmbH gegründet. Diese übernimmt den Geschäftsbetrieb der Gesellschaft für Juristeninformation mbH (GJI) mit Sitz in Empfingen bei Stuttgart. Die GJI ist seit über 15 Jahren erfolgreich im Fortbildungsgeschäft tätig. Mit dem Angebot zahlreicher Fachanwaltslehrgänge, Tages- und Wochenseminare zielt das Angebot in erster Linie auf Rechtsanwälte und junge Juristen ab. Die FORIS AG verspricht sich durch die Übernahme eines erfahrenen Seminaranbieters eine hervorragende Basis für das expandierende Geschäft der Fortbildung in einer stetig wachsenden Zielgruppe. Zugleich soll damit ein weiterer lukrativer Geschäftszweig besetzt werden. Mit dem Fortbildungsangebot entwickelt sich die FORIS AG konsequent weiter zum umfassenden Dienstleister der Anwaltschaft. Die Fortbildung schafft eine intensive Kundenbindung mit wechselseitigen Synergieeffekten. Aus dem Kerngeschäft der Prozessfinanzierung und der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit den Anwälten kann FORIS hervorragende Experten als Dozenten rekrutieren. Im Seminar selbst erlebt der Teilnehmer FORIS als professionellen Dienstleister. Nach Auffassung des Vorstandes ist diese Kundenbindung auch für eine etwaige spätere Prozessfinanzierung nicht zu unterschätzen. Das neue Seminarprogramm für das 2. Halbjahr 2000 wird zur Hauptversammlung der FORIS AG am 26. By offering numerous training courses to achieve specialist certification in legal fields as well as daily and weekly seminars, the service range is primarily geared towards practicing attorneys and young legal experts. Through the takeover of an experienced seminar provider, FORIS AG expects to have an excellent basis to expand in the business of advanced training among a continuously growing target group. At the same time, an additional lucrative business line is to be occupied. With the advanced training services now being offered, FORIS AG has taken one step further as a comprehensive service provider for the legal profession. The training will create intensive customer loyalty with reciprocal synergy effects. From the core business of litigation financing and the intensive cooperation with lawyers, FORIS will be able to recruit outstanding experts as speakers. In the seminar itself, participants will experience FORIS as a professional service provider. In the opinion of the Management Board, these customer ties should likewise not to be underestimated with regard to later litigation financing.
